Michelle is a former National Educator and Certified Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. She is the President of NAMI Low Country (National Alliance for Mental Illness) She also facilitates family support groups and frequently speaks at various schools, businesses and other events. Michelle specializes in communications in the salon environment, with a  particular focus in  consultations.

 

She recognizes that many clients and stylists need to develop systematic and effective consultation dialogues, allowing freedom of expression for thoughts and ideas, without frequent misinterpretations .
